Latest news 

After the 30th January 2020 most prescriptions will be issued electronically. Please nominate a pharmacy if you have not already done so to help save the NHS money and reduce paper waste. If you do not have a nominated pharmacy a token can be printed to take to any pharmacy.

Please help with our equipment amnesty. Bring in any items borrowed from York Hospital e.g. crutches, walking frames etc and we will return them so they can be reused. 

 

The new NHS app is now available to download on you smartphone or tablet. You can currently use it to check your symptoms.

Protected Learning Time Events this year

The Practice will be closed in the afternoon, from 12:00 til 18:00, for Protected Learning Time events on the following dates in 2020: 

Thursday 23rd January, Thursday 30th April, Tuesday 7th July, Thursday 15th October

Urgent care will be covered by the local Out of Hours GP provider.

Please ring  0300 123 0762 on these afternoons.

  • Call 111 if it is not a life threatening emergency. You will be given advice by the call handler or referred for a call back from a GP or Nurse working in the Urgent Care Centre.
